Return Policy
We at Bright Pennies want you to be 100% thrilled with your Brilliant Things! If for any reason your order did not live up to your expectations, Bright Pennies will take it back and refund your payment. No questions – no problems. We will take back any non-discounted, unopened and unused product in its original packaging within fifteen days after you have received our shipment. Products returned with any signs of use, or not in the original packaging will not be accepted for refunds. Bright Pennies will refund your payment, including any applicable taxes you paid and minus the shipping and handling expenses, in the original manner it was made (e.g., we will credit the same credit card), or issue you a store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which you can use with a mail-in order.
Return Items Details:
- Before you do anything else, you have to send an email to Bright Pennies Corp. within five days of delivery, describing your return item and why you are returning the item—you will then receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. The email address is: Returns@BrightPennies.com. This RMA number must be entered on the appropriate line on the Returns Request Form to receive a refund of any kind.
- Click here to download the Returns Request Form (pdf). The Returns Request Form must be completed legibly and entirely, and sent to Bright Pennies in your returns package to receive a refund of any kind.
- If you do not include your RMA Number, or do not fill in the Returns Request Form legibly and entirely you may delay or invalidate your refund.
- All items for return must be sent within fifteen days of delivery to the Bright Pennies Return Center at this address:

- Bright Pennies strongly suggests that you insure your return package and receive an order tracking number. Returned products not received by Bright Pennies, or items returned damaged to Bright Pennies may not result in a full refund or store credit.
- Take extra care to securely pack the return items in the Bright Pennies original shipping package or a sturdy box to make sure they return intact to the Bright Pennies Return Center. Bright Pennies is not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged during shipping.
- You may choose any reliable package carrier for returns, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Bright Pennies will email you an approval note when the returned items have arrived at the Bright Pennies Return Center and everything is in order.
- If you received an item that was damaged while being shipped, first send an email to Bright Pennies describing your return item and the damage, and then receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. The email address is: Returns@BrightPennies.com. Next, contact the package carrier that delivered your item, and inform them that you have a package damaged in shipment. Be sure to save the Bright Pennies original shipping package for inspection by the package carrier as an important part of the process. Bright Pennies will then notify you if the claim has been approved by the package carrier, and how to proceed with the return after the package carrier has picked up your return.
- If you provided Bright Pennies Corporation an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we will send you an email asking your choice of two options: One, Bright Pennies can offer you a refund including any applicable taxes you paid and minus the final shipping and handling expenses, in the original manner it was made (e.g., we will credit the same credit card), or issue you a store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which you can use with a mail-in order. Two, Bright Pennies can resend the package to the corrected address with additional shipping charges.
- If Bright Pennies or the package carrier provided an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will resend the package at no extra cost to you.
- Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed by Bright Pennies Corporation.
